摘要
教育公平是建设和谐教育的重要基石,是构建和谐社会的重要手段。通过对粤北乡村教师的培训现状进行调查,发现乡村教师虽然具有明确的培训动机与目的,但他们所接受的培训内容不符合其实际需求、培训的方法单一、培训效果不尽人意。因此,要完善培训管理制度,落实培训的考核评估制度;丰富培训方式的多样性,提高培训的时效性;关注乡村教师的实际需求,开展具有针对性的教师培训。
Education equity is an important cornerstone of developing harmonious education and an important means of building a harmonious society.By investigating into the present training situation of teachers in the rural area of northern Guangdong,the present study finds that although teachers in this area have high motivation and clear purpose for training,the training content they accept does not meet their actual needs,and the training methods and the training effect are unsatisfactory.Therefore,we should improve the training management system,implement the training evaluation mechanism,increase the diversity of training methods,improve the timeliness of training,pay attention to the teachers’actual needs and provide well tailored training for these teachers.
