新中国标准化法制建设伴随着标准化事业的兴起和发展并取得了重大的成就,形成了以《标准化法》为核心、法规和规章为副翼的标准化法律体系,建立了较为完备的标准化法律制度,构建了适应社会主义市场经济要求的新标准体系。新中国标准化法制建设始终以促进标准化事业发展为宗旨、坚持改革发展的精神和要求、走标准国际化的方向,极大推动着生产、服务事业的科学化、品质化、安全化。在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化改革进程中,未来的标准化法制建设也必将在配套制度的出台和完善中深入发展。

The establishment of the standardied legal system in New China(PRC)has been accompanied by the development of the standardization industry and has made great achievements.A Standardized legal system has been built with the"Standardization Act"at its core,and the regulations and statutes as its aileron.A relatively complete and new standardized legal system has been established which is adapted to the requirements of the socialist market economy system.The establishment of the standardized legal system in new China has always been aimed at promoting the development of standardization,adhering to the spirit and requirements of reform and development,taking the direction of internationalization of standards,and greatly promoting the scientific,quality and safety of production and service.In the process of modernization reform of the national governance system and governance capacity,the standardization of the legal system in the future will also be developed in the improvement of supporting systems.
