当前,世界面临百年未有之大变局。在以特朗普政府为代表的美国民粹主义、孤立主义、“逆全球化”甚嚣尘上的大背景下,中俄作为联合国常任理事国、新兴经济体、非西方大国,挺身而出,中俄大国关系中的结伴而不结盟模式、互让共赢解决争议问题的“黑瞎子岛”模式、经贸合作中的“一带一盟”对接合作模式、人文领域中的各美其美、美美与共模式,外交领域中的战略协作“中俄组合”模式,全球和区域治理领域中互利共赢、共同发展的“中俄方案”,为世界各国特别是发展中国家提供了另外一种不同的选择、不同的发展道路,是当代国际关系中的稳定器和正能量。

At present,the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.Under the background of the rising American populism,isolationism,and"anti-globalization"represented by the Trump administration,China and Russia,as permanent members of the United Nations,emerging economies,and non-Western powers,have stepped forward bravely.The non-aligned model in big power relationship between China and Russia,the"Heixiazi Island"model for compromised and win-win dispute resolution,the"One Belt and One Union"docking cooperation model in economic and trade cooperation,the model of"respecting both one's own culture and the culture of others"in cultural exchanges,the strategic cooperative"Chinese-Russian Combination"model in diplomatic relations,and the"China-Russia Program"for mutual benefits and common development in global and regional governance,provide alternative options and development paths for countries around the world,especially the developing countries,representing stabilizers and positive energy in contemporary international relations.
