国际化视角下艺术设计专业高技术技能人才培养模式的创新

Innovation of the Training Mode of High-tech Talents in Art Design from the Perspective of Internationalization

本文主要研究在当前国家致力于建设“一带一路”的国际化视角下,围绕“人才聚集、资源丰厚、管理规范、特色鲜明”的国际一流院校的建设标准,推动艺术设计类专业与国际前缘的设计教育、设计产业同步发展。具体是以广州番禺职业技术学院国际时尚学院的建设为例,论述了艺术设计专业高技术技能人才培养模式的创新,主要体现是强化培养过程的开放性,生产企业的产品制作与学校的设计训练相结合,把国外市场的流行趋势引入到学生设计产品中,使设计教学与生产有机结合、设计作品与市场有效对接,解决了传统教室、课堂、教师、课本的封闭式人才培养模式脱离市场需求、缺乏国际视野的问题。

This paper focuses on the development of the design and design industry of the Institute of art and design and the international leading edge,in the view of the current international efforts to build"one belt and one road"in an international perspective.Taking the construction of International Fashion College of Guangzhou Panyu vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the innovation of the training mode of high-tech talents in art and design major,which is mainly reflected in strengthening the openness of the training process,combining the product production of the production enterprise with the design training of the school,introducing the popular trend of the foreign market into the students'design products,making the design teaching and production.The combination of design works and market effectively solves the problem that the traditional closed talent training mode is separated from the market demand.
