摘要
目的评价行动学习法在护士长领导力培训中的应用效果。方法以我院新聘43名护士长为研究对象,采用"课堂中学"与"做中学"相结合的行动学习法,对其进行领导力培训。通过培训前后访谈、护士长领导力评价和成果汇报资料对培训效果进行评价。结果访谈结果显示,护士长在培训中的收获主要包括领导力的提升和重新审视自身能力2个方面。培训后,护理部对护士长的领导力评分除"服务意识"维度外,其他7个维度均有提高(P<0.05)。护士长选定的43个行动项目均达到预期目标,合格率为100%。结论行动学习法能有效提升护士长领导力,有助于提高护理团队整体绩效。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the action learning project in head nurse leadership training.Methods A total of 43 new head nurses were recruited in our study,and they were trained by action learning which combined classroom learning with learning by doing.The training effects were evaluated by interviews before and after training,leadership evaluation and reports. Results The interview data showed that two aspects of the head nurses were improved including the improvement of leadership and the re-examination of their own abilities.After the training,the nursing department’s leadership score for head nurses was improved in seven dimensions besides "service consciousness"(P<0.05). The 43 action items selected by head nurses were all achieved and the qualification rate was 100%. Conclusion The action learning can not only promote the leadership of the head nurses,but also improve the overall performance of the nursing team.
