Reform and practice of the nursing curriculum system in Guilin Medical University

完善的课程体系是培养具有高水平核心胜任力护理人才的基础。桂林医学院借鉴先进护理教育理念,结合地方高校自身情况,改革护理学专业课程体系。新型课程体系通过整合教学内容,突出人文,优化课程设置;理论与实践同步,全程科研渗透;根据学生兴趣,集中实习和专项指导相结合,培养高素质护理人才。

Well-organized curriculum system is the fundamental of cultivation of nursing students with high core competency. Guilin Medical University reformed the nursing curriculum system by referring to the advanced nursing education concepts as well as considering the current teaching status of its own. The new curriculum system could cultivate the students with high quality by the following measures:optimizing the curriculum system through content integration and humanities strengthening;combining theory with practice and conducting scientific research and combing group learning and individual teaching.
