氟塑料离心酸泵机械密封失效的修复

摘要 结合氟塑料离心酸泵的机械密封结构及密封原理,对某冶炼公司酸泵的机械密封失效进行分析,其主要原因是随着生产的进行,阳极泥等较硬细小颗粒杂质使动、静环工作的接触面产生凹凸划痕,引起泄漏。根据密封失效的原因,某冶炼公司采取了相应的措施进行机械密封失效修复,如将动环和静环的原搪瓷材质设计改为耐酸材质9CrSi和3Cr13、保证端面单位面积压力值在最适当的范围、在酸泵进口前加不锈钢筛网过滤电解液杂质等。机械密封失效修复后,有效地减少了酸泵的维修次数,解决了电解液泄漏的问题,减轻了工人维修强度,节约维修等成本约1. 6万元/月。 Combined with the mechanical seal structure and sealing principle of fluoroplastic centrifugal acid pump,the reasons of mechanical seal failure of the acid pump were analyzed in a smelting company,and the main reason was that along with production,anode slime and other hard and fine particle made the interface of movable ring and static ring produce concave convex scratch,causing leakage. According to the above reasons,corresponding measures had been taken to repair the mechanical seal failure in a smelting company,such as changing the enamel material design of movable ring and static ring to acidproof material 9CrSi and 3Cr13,ensuring pressure value of the unit area on the end face within the most appropriate range,adding stainless steel screen to filter electrolyte impurities before the inlet of acid pump. After repair,the maintenance times of the acid pump was reduced effectively,the problem of electrolyte leakage was solved,the maintenance strength of workers was reduced,and the maintenance cost was saved by 16 000 yuan/month.
