基于微信平台的健康教育指导对维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力及并发症的影响

Effect of health education guidance based on Wechat platform on self-management ability and complications of hemodialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的 探讨基于微信平台的健康教育指导对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者自我管理能力和血液透析并发症的影响.方法 将100例MHD患者随机分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50).对照组给予常规护理和血液透析健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于微信平台的血液透析健康指导,均持续干预6个月.观察2组干预前后自我管理水平、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(ALB)]水平以及血液透析并发症发生情况.结果 观察组干预后自我管理能力4个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Scr、BUN、ALB水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率12.00%,显著低于对照组30.00% (P <0.05).结论 基于微信平台的健康指导能有效提高MHD患者自我管理水平,对改善肾功能和降低血液透析并发症发生率有积极作用.

Objective To explore the effect of health education guidance based on Wechat platform on self-management ability and complications of hemodialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 100 patients with MHD were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was given routine nursing and health education for hemodialysis,while the observation group was given hemodialysis health care based on Wechat platform on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 6 months.The self-management ability,renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),albumin(ALB)]and hemodialysis complications were observed before and after intervention between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of four dimensions of self-management ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of Scr,BUN and ALB were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 12.00%,which was significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health guidance based on Wechat platform can effectively improve the self-management ability of MHD patients,improve renal function and reduce the incidence rate of hemodialysis complications.
