优化抢救流程在急诊危重症监护病房护理管理中的效果

Application of optimized rescue procedure in nursing management of emergency critical care unit

目的 探讨急诊危重症监护病房护理管理中的优化抢救流程实施效果.方法 随机择取2017年12月前急诊危重症监护病房未实施优化抢救流程的65例患者为对照组,随机择取2017年12月-2018年12月实施优化抢救流程的急诊危重症监护病房患者65例为观察组.分析2组抢救的效率、成功率、患者及家属对整体护理流程的满意率以及不良事件.结果 观察组的抢救准备时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),参与抢救护理人员显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的抢救成功率90.77%高于对照组的76.92% (P <0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 急诊危重症监护病房护理管理中使用优化抢救流程,提升了整体的抢救效率,缩短整体抢救时间,提升整体治疗质量.

Objective To study effect of optimized rescue process in the nursing management of emergency intensive care unit(EICU).Methods Before December 2017,a total of 65 patients in EICU without optimized rescue procedure were randomly selected as control group,and a total of 65 patients with optimized rescue procedure in EICU from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation group.The rescue efficacy,success rate,satisfaction rate of patients and family members to the whole nursing process and adverse events of the two groups were analyzed.Results The time of rescue preparation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the number of nursing staff involved in rescue was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.77%vs.76.92%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized rescue process in the nursing management in EICU improves the overall rescue efficiency,shorten overall rescue time,and improve quality of overall treatment.
