Construction of Synergetic Innovation Mechanisms between Tianjin and Xiong’an New Area

构建天津与雄安新区的协同创新机制,是落实京津冀协同发展战略的内在要求以及建设好雄安新区的重要路径,应根据网络化、开放性与动态一致性原则,立足京津冀城市体系、以网络化思维进行统筹规划,集聚全球创新资源推动天津与雄安新区的协同创新,打造网络化的协同创新机制,构建协同创新的利益协调机制,完善协同创新的激励机制,建立协同创新的长效机制。

Constructing the synergistic innovation mechanisms between Tianjin and Xiong’an New Area is the inherent requirement of implementing the synergistic development strategy between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In order to meet the new restrictions of regional coordinated development,we should make overall planning based on the urban system of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,use the global innovation resources and combine the networking,openness,and dynamic consistency.Specifically,we should create networked synergistic innovation mechanisms,build benefits coordination mechanism,improve the incentives and establish long-term mechanisms of synergistic innovation.
