摘要 跨境电商的日益发展和成熟,形成了以其为核心涵盖交易服务、技术信息、政府管理、基础设施等为特征的跨境电商生态圈。当前,我国跨境电商生态圈的发展还面临服务支撑不到位、数据管理不规范、法规制度不健全等瓶颈,应当从优化跨境电商交易服务、促进新技术应用、完善制度体系建设、争取国际话语权等方面着手,予以完善并加紧推进跨境电商生态圈建设。 The increasing development and maturity of cross-border e-commerce has formed a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem featuring core features covering transaction services,technical information,government management,and infrastructure.At present,the development of China's cross-border e-commerce ecosystem still faces difficulties such as inadequate service support,non-standard data management,and incomplete laws and regulations.We should start from the aspects of optimizing cross-border e-commerce transaction services,promoting the application of new technologies,improving the construction of institutional systems,and fighting for the right to speak internationally,etc.,to improve and accelerate the construction of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.
