基于CiteSpace近十年地方公安机关警务改革研究

当前公安改革正处于落实阶段,对改革开放以来的地方警务改革研究加以整合、分析,总结出地方警务改革规律和相关研究发展趋势,对于公安改革理论发展和实践指导具有重要意义。通过梳理中国知网相关文献可以发现:(1)我国地方警务改革研究历经三十多年,各阶段研究总结性成果较为丰富,但近十年特别是近五年,对各地警务改革研究进行总结、分析的研究成果欠缺;(2)政策引导地方警务改革方向,以政策引导和地域创新为主要研究分类的研究成果稍显不足;同时,信息科学的发展可以为分析现有研究成果、总结研究规律、预测未来研究发展趋势提供技术支持,为客观分析地方警务研究成果提供工具;(3)治理理论是地方警务改革研究深层次理论基础,地方警务改革研究通过地域化治理实践,为我国治理理论的完善做出了贡献。

At present,the public security reform is in the implementation stage. It integrates and analyzes theresearch on the local police reform since the reform and opening up,sums up the local police reform law and related research development trends,w hich is important for the theoretical development and guiding practiceof public security reform. significance. By combing the relevant literatures of China Know ledge Netw ork,the author found that:(1) the research on China’s local police reform has been carried out for more than 30 years,and the achievements of research in various stages are relatively rich,but in the past ten years,especially in the past five years,the researches on police reform are lacking;(2) the policy guides the direction of local police reform,but the research results of policy research and regional innovation are insufficient. At the same time,the development of information science can provide technical support toanalyze existing research results,summarize research rules and predict future research trends,and provide tools to objectively analyzethe research resultsoflocal police;(3)Governance theory is the deep theoretical foundation for the researchof local police reform,and the research of local police reformcontributes to China’s governance theory through regional governance practice.
