简要介绍了铁矿选矿压滤系统生产工艺,概括了该控制系统的主要难点,主要阐述了自动喂料方式的控制思路和流程图,通过数据比较,变频自动喂料方式可以减小注矿时间,提高滤饼产量。
This paper briefly introduces the production process of the pressure filtration system of iron ore dressing,summarizes the main difficulties of the control system, mainly expounds the control idea and flow chart of the automatic feeding mode. Through data comparison, the frequency conversion automatic feeding mode can reduce the ore injection time and improve the production of filter cake.
