摘要
对于数控车床技术而言,最核心的一个问题便是优化零件加工精度的工艺处理,加工精度处理技术水平的高低是决定数控车床技术的重要因素。阐述了数控机床在当前各领域的应用情况,分析了影响数控机床加工精度的因素,研究了有效提高数控车床加工精度的方法,希望对数控机床的发展有一定的帮助。
As far as NC lathe technology is concerned, one of the core problems is to optimize the processing of machining accuracy of parts, and the level of machining accuracy processing technology is an important factor to determine the technology of NC lathe. This paper expounds the application of CNC machine tools in various fields at present, analyzes the factors affecting the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools, and studies the effective methods to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools to provide some help for the development of CNC machine tools.
