摘要
如今车用发动机在结构组成上已发生了质的变化,由传统的机械部件发展到现在集机械与电子技术于一体,由于结构较为复杂,所以一旦出现故障,很难锁定故障的确切部位,为电控发动机的故障诊断与排除带来一定的困难。因此寻求一种可以快速发现电控发动机故障原因的诊断技术,一直以来是现在汽车维修界不断探索的追求。尾气分析在电控发动机故障排除中的应用可以快速地发现引起电控发动机故障的部件或系统,为排除故障提供了依据,节约了维修的时间。
Nowadays, the structure of automotive engine has undergone a qualitative change, from the traditional mechanical components to the present integration of mechanical and electronic technology. Due to the change of structure and complexity, it is difficult to lock the exact location of the fault once it occurs, which brings some difficulties to the fault diagnosis and removal of the electronic control engine. Therefore, the search for a diagnosis technology that can quickly find the cause of the failure of the electronic control engine has always been the pursuit of the automotive maintenance industry. The application of exhaust gas analysis in the troubl shooting of electronic control engine can quickly find out the components or systems that cause the trouble of electronic control engine,which provides the basis for trouble shooting and saves the maintenance time.
