Study on Deflagration at Ignition of a Gas Turbine Starter

国产某型燃气涡轮起动机是一种带自由涡轮的小型涡轴发动机,在外场使用中多次发生起动点火时爆燃,爆燃对起动机危害极大。通过分析起动机爆燃产生的机理,根据现场实际情况对可能引起爆燃的因素逐项排查,确定爆燃发生具体原因,采取相应措施排除故障。

The gas turbine starter is a small turboshaft engine with a free turbine, which start ignition multiple times in the field deflagration. Through analyzing the mechanism of deflagration, the factors that may cause deflagration are checked according to the actual situation on the spot and the cause of deflagration is determined,and corresponding measures are teken to eliminate the fault.
