摘要
针对陕西新泰能源有限公司瓦斯发电一期机组监控系统失效、空燃比无法调节、发动机参数不显示等问题,剖析原因并提出机组电控系统改造解决方案,并进行应用实践论证。通过改造应用,瓦斯发电机组操作控制更加便捷、故障率降低、安全保护系统进一步优化、发电效率得到提升;通过试运行,瓦斯电厂整体实现减人增效、机组检修频次降低、配件消耗减少,运行稳定性得到提升。
Aiming at the problems such as the failure of monitoring system, the ratio of air-fuel ratio and the inability of engine parameters to be displayed in the first phase of Shaanxi Xintai Energy Co., Ltd., the reasons are analyzed, and the solutions for the transformation of the unit’s electronic control system are put forward. Through transformation and application, the operation and control of gas generating units are more convenient, the failure rate is reduced, the safety protection system is further optimized, and the power generation efficiency is improved.Through trial operation, the gas power plant as a whole realizes the reduction of people and efficiency, the reduction of unit maintenance frequency, the reduction of spare parts consumption, and the operation stability is improved.
