In recent years, with the changes in the market environment, the market competition has become more and more fierce. As the mother of industry, molds are facing difficulties under the background of "Made in China2025". Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of the Guangzhou mold industry, this paper analyzes the influencing factors in the transformation and upgrading of the existing problems in the Guangzhou mold industry, and puts forward the optimization strategy for the transformation and upgrading of the Guangzhou mold industry to contribute to the realization of industrial power in Guangzhou.
