基于VB的DME数据检测系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of DME Data Detection System Based on VB

传统飞机机载电子设备故障维修方法,需要准备大量的备件,导致投入资金大,相关设备过度维修,维修时间长。基于此,笔者设计并实现了一种基于VB(Visual Basic)的DME数据检测系统。该系统包括数据采集、数据处理等,使用IFR6000对TB20型飞机机载电子系统DME(Distance Measuring Equipment)进行实时性能测试,并进行数据调用;采用VB(Visual Basic)编译对DME测距机性能数据进行预处理操作,再通过时间序列分析方法,从大量混乱无序的检测数据特征中预测出是否存在故障点,以实现故障点预防性维修。实验结果表明,所设计的系统对于DME设备的预防性维修具有较高的应用性和实用性,能够降低过度维修导致的经济损失,并提高飞行的安全性。

Traditional methods of aircraft electronic equipment fault maintenance need to prepare a large number of spare parts,resulting in large investment,excessive maintenance of related equipment,and long maintenance time.Based on this,the author designs and implements a data detection system of DME based on Visual Basic.The system includes data acquisition,data processing and so on.Ifr6000 is used to test and call the real-time performance of the DME(distance measuring equipment)of TB20 aircraft.VB(Visual Basic)is used to compile and pre process the performance data of DME rangefinder,and then time series analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of a large number of chaotic and disordered test data Predict whether there is a fault point to achieve preventive maintenance.The experimental results show that the designed system has high applicability and practicability for the preventive maintenance of DME equipment,can reduce the economic loss caused by excessive maintenance,and improve the safety of flight.
