人事档案数字化管理分析

Analysis on Digital Management of Personnel Files

近年来,我国社会经济得到了快速的发展和进步,计算机网络已经应用于各个行业中,人事管理工作对计算机网络的重视程度也在不断提升。在实施人事档案管理的过程中,数字化建设可以提升其时效性和准确性,增强其流畅程度。但是数字化建设还存在一定的问题,如人才缺失和软硬件不匹配的现象,所以,笔者主要基于人事档案数字化管理进行相应分析。

In recent years,China’s socio-economic have developped and progressed rapidly,computer networks have been used in various industries,and the importance of personnel management on computer networks has been increasing.In the process of implementing personnel file management,digital construction can improve its timeliness and accuracy,and enhance its fluency.However,there are still some problems in digital construction,such as the lack of talents and the mismatch between software and hardware.Therefore,the author mainly analyzes the digital management of personnel files.
