三种微米级颗粒粒度测试方法的比较研究

摘要 颗粒粒度是玻璃纤维生产原料的重要参数,直接影响着产品的质量。粒度测试的三种方法具有不同的优缺点、适用性和局限性。实验依次对叶腊石、叶腊石与石灰石混合颗粒、高岭土进行检测,得出各方法的适用性、局限性及测试效率差别。结果表明:目筛法和激光粒度分析仪法检测结果基本一致;在检测混有少量大颗粒原料时,目筛法比激光粒度分析仪法更有效;图像处理仪法能对颗粒形貌进行检测分析,更直观看出颗粒分布。 The particle size is an important parameter of raw materials for glass fiber production,which directly affect the quality of products.Screening method,laser particle size analyzer method and particle image processor method are three methods used for raw material granularity test.They have different advantage,applicability and limitations.Three methods were used to detect three kinds of glass fiber raw materials.Pyrophyllite,pyrophyllite and limestone mixed particles and kaolin were tested in turn.The experimental result shows that screening method and laser particle size analyzer get almost the same result.The screening method is more effective than laser particle size analyzer method in detecting grain mixed some large particles,the image processor method can detect and analyze the particle morphology and visualize the particle distribution more intuitively.
