短光照对和田羊血浆褪黑激素浓度和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究短光照对和田羊血浆褪黑激素(MEL)浓度和抗氧化能力的影响,选用年龄、体重相近的12只和田公羊为研究对象,分6个时间点(分别在CT10、CT14、CT18、CT22、CT02、CT06)进行颈静脉采血。用ELISA检测血浆MEL浓度、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),并对24 h内血浆MEL浓度的变化与SOD、GSH活性和T-AOC之间进行相关性分析。结果表明,血浆MEL浓度呈现出明显地昼夜性变化,CT02达到峰值,最低浓度出现在CT18;GSH活性在夜晚时逐渐增加,在CT02达到峰点,随后逐渐降低,在CT14活性最低;SOD活性在夜晚时逐渐增加,在CT02达到峰值,随后逐渐降低,在CT14活性最低;T-AOC变化趋势与SOD、GSH活性的变化趋势相似,峰值出现在CT02,最低值出现在CT14;相关性分析显示,血浆MEL浓度与GSH活性之间存在显著的正相关性(r=0.9745,P≤0.001),与SOD、T-AOC之间有一定的相关性(SOD,r=0.7890,P=0.0621;T-AOC,r=0.5868,P=0.2208),但相关性不显著(P>0.05)。短光照通过提高血浆MEL浓度,而间接地提高和田羊的抗氧化能力。 To study the effect of short illumination on plasma melatonin(MEL)concentration and antioxidant function in Hetian sheep,a total 12 Hetian rams with similar age and weight were selected,and blood samples were collected at 6 time points(CT10,CT14,CT18,CT22,CT02 and CT06,respectively)from jugular vein.The plasma MEL concentration,SOD,GSH activity and T-AOC capacity were measured by ELISA and enzyme-labelling instrument,and the correlation between plasma MEL concentration and SOD,GSH activity and T-AOC capacity were analyzed within 24 hours.Results were as follows:The plasma MEL concentration showed obvious circadian changes,peaked at CT02 and the lowest concentration was found in CT18;The GSH activity gradually increased at night,peaked at CT02,then gradually decreased,and was lowest at CT14;The SOD activities began to increase at the night,peaked at CT02,then gradually decreased,and was lowest at 14:00;The variation trend of T-AOC was similar to that of SOD and GSH activities,with the peak value at CT02 and the lowest value at CT14;The Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between plasma MEL concentration and GSH activity(r=0.9745,P≤0.001),and there was a certain correlation with SOD and T-AOC(SOD,r=0.7890,P=0.0621;T-AOC,r=0.5868,P=0.2208),but the correlation was not significant.The short illumination indirectly improved the antioxidant capacity of Hetian sheep by increasing the concentration of MEL in plasma.
