摘要
过氧化物还原酶(Peroxiredoxins,Prxs)是能够发挥多种生理作用且无处不在的蛋白质,包括巯基依赖性过氧化物酶、伴侣蛋白、H2O2传感器、H2O2依赖性信号级联调节剂和免疫应答调节剂等。已经在许多病原体中发现了Prxs,包括真核生物和原核生物。论文综述了寄生虫Prxs及其抑制剂的研究进展,以期对Prxs为靶标的药物开发提供参考。
Peroxiredoxins(Prxs)are a ubiquitous group of antioxidant enzymes with multiple physiological roles,including thiol-dependent peroxidase activity,molecular chaperones,H2O2 sensors,H 2O 2-dependent signaling cascades,and immune response regulation.Prxs have been identified in many eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms.In this review,we summarized the research progress in Prxs of pathogenic parasites and their inhibitors in order to provide a reference for the development of drugs based on Prxs targets.
