摘要
对NREL 5 MW参考风机进行实尺度建模及网格划分,采用OpenFOAM平台的瞬态不可压缩湍流求解器pimpleDyMFoam,结合旋转动网格处理方法,对风机的气动力性能及其周围三维流场进行非定常数值模拟。通过对风机所在流场尾涡分布、推力系数、风能利用系数、翼型极限流线、压强系数分布以及来流方向截面的流场分布等方面的对照分析,探讨细网格划分下风机的气动力性能及风轮对其周围流场的影响,为以后的风机叶片设计、风电场布局优化等提出意见和建议。
Real scale model and meshing of NREL 5 MW reference wind turbine are made.Based on the transient incompressible turbulence solver pimpleDyMFoam of OpenFOAM platform,combined with the rotating dynamic mesh processing method,the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine and its surrounding three dimensional flow field are simulated.By comparing the wake vortex distribution,thrust coefficient,power coefficient,limiting streamline among the blade,pressure coefficient distribution and flow field distribution in the flow direction section,the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine and characteristics of flow field around it are discussed under fine meshing.Some suggestions for the design of wind turbine blade and wind farm layout optimization are proposed.
