基于“城市针灸”理念的历史文化街区更新策略研究——以苏州古城15号街坊为例

Research on the renewal tactics of historical and cultural districts based on the concept of “Urban Acupuncture”: A case study of the No.15 block of Suzhou ancient city

当下我国正处于大范围的城市更新阶段,然而一些旧区改造所采取的大拆大建的更新方式已无法满足社会发展的需求。本文通过对历史文化街区更新现状的分析,认为应采用“城市针灸”这种小规模循序渐进的方式进行更新,并在此基础上提出历史文化街区更新策略,同时以苏州古城15号街坊更新案例进行实证研究,以期为解决当前历史文化街区更新中出现的矛盾问题提供借鉴。

At present,China is in the stage of large-scale urban renewal,but the renovation of large-scale demolition and construction adopted by some old districts cannot meet the needs of social development.Based on the analysis of the status quo of historical and cultural districts,this paper believes that the urban renewal should be carried out in a small-scale and gradual way of"urban acupuncture".On this basis,the renewal tactics of historical and cultural districts are proposed.At the same time,an empirical study is carried out on the case of the No.15 block of Suzhou ancient city in order to provide some reference for solving the contradictions in the current renewal of historical and cultural districts.
