摘要
提出了一种径向电压驱动液体变焦透镜的新型结构。通过理论分析、有限元仿真和试验研究揭示了径向压电驱动液体透镜的变焦机理。结果表明,径向压电驱动透镜为凹透镜,其焦距随输入电压增大而增大。此透镜结构简单轻薄并且变焦范围较大于其他液体变焦透镜,因此这种径向压电驱动液体变焦透镜具有较强的实际应用意义。
This paper presented a new structure of ultrasonic pressure variable focus liquid lens.Based on theoretical analysis,the finite element simulation and experimental study,the mechanism of ultrasonic pressure variable focus liquid lens is demonstrated.The results show that the lens is a concave lens,and its focal length increases with the input voltage.The lens is of simple and light structure,its zoom range is larger than that of other liquid zoom lenses,thus has a strong practical significance.
