摘要
某石化装置关键设备氢增压机大检修后启动,暖机至600 r/min时振动连锁停车。通过频谱分析,认为该压缩机动、静件之间存在严重的碰摩故障并由此判断盘车电机半对轮尺寸加工错误是造成此次故障的主要原因。采取重新加工导电触头的修复方案,使该压缩机恢复了使用要求。文章阐述了离心压缩机动、静件碰摩导致振动超标的机理,并通过对一台压缩机组转子动、静件发生碰摩故障的案例进行分析,介绍了诊断这一类故障的有效方法。该方法能准确地判断这一类故障并得出诊断结论,对指导现场维修有一定的帮助。
A hydrogen compressor,the key equipment of a petrochemical plant,started after overhaul.It shut down by vibration interlock at 600 revolutions per minute.Through spectrum analysis,it was considered that there was serious rub-impact fault between the dynamic and static parts of the compressor.The main cause of the fault was the wrong size of the half-wheel of the locomotive motor.A repair plan to rework the conductive contacts is carried out and then the compressor returned to normal operation.This paper expounds the mechanism vibration exceeding the allowable norm caused by rub-impact of dynamic and static parts of the compressor.It introduces an effective method for diagnosis of such failure through analyzing a rub-impact fault between the dynamic and static parts of a compressor.This method can accurately determine such faults and draw diagnostic conclusions,which is helpful for on-site maintenance guiding.
