辽宁省各地市综合竞争力的比较研究——基于12个地级市截面数据的实证分析

Comparative Study of Comprehensive Competitiveness of Cities in Liaoning Province —— Empirical Analysis Based on Sectional Data of 12 Prefecture Cities

为构建辽宁省各地市综合竞争力评价模型,评估其综合竞争力构成的影响因素,查阅文献,基于硬实力与软实力两个角度选取9个指标,组成评价体系。本文运用主成分分析法,依据得到的主成分对各指标进行拆分,构建多元回归模型,以期在损失信息量最小的前提下,得到评价模型。由模型结果可知,辽宁省各地市综合竞争力水平呈层级分布且自东向西呈下降趋势。对此从国家政策导向、产业结构升级、养老体系构建等方面提出合理化建议。

In order to construct the evaluation model of comprehensive competitiveness of all cities in Liaoning Province and evaluate the influencing factors of their comprehensive competitiveness,9 indicators were selected based on the two aspects of hard power and soft power to form the evaluation system.In this paper,the principal component analysis method is used to split each index according to the obtained principal component,and the multiple regression model is constructed,so as to obtain the evaluation model with the minimum loss of information.According to the results of the model,the comprehensive competitiveness level of all cities in Liaoning Province was distributed hierarchically and declined from east to west.In this regard,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions from the aspects of national policy orientation,industrial structure upgrading and pension system construction.
