摘要
分析食管癌新辅助治疗目前的研究成果及未来主要发展方向。回顾性分析符合条件的随机对照研究和荟萃分析。对于可切除的食管癌患者,新辅助治疗后接受手术治疗可获得比单独手术更好的长期生存。食管癌新辅助治疗的最佳方案尚未确定,未来新辅助治疗方案的选择可能会更多。
To review and analyze the progress of neoadjuvant therapy of locally advanced esophageal cancer and to look forward the mainstream of it.This review is about the results and the future of the neoadjuvant therapy of locally advanced esophageal cancer.Neoadjuvant therapy before operation of locally advanced esophageal cancer could provide better survival for the patients than those who receive operation only.The best management of neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced esophageal cancer remains controversial,and the patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer should have more choices of neoadjuvant therapy in the future.
