食管癌患者食管支架置入术后治疗研究进展

Review of Post-stent Treatment in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

食管癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。晚期的食管癌患者常因为局部梗阻,导致吞咽困难,进而引起患者全身营养状况不良,各种并发症在后续的抗肿瘤治疗过程中频繁发生,从而导致治疗终止。对吞咽困难的中晚期食管癌患者行食管支架置入术及术后治疗,能明显提高其生活质量。目前食管癌支架置入术后治疗的多项临床研究正在进行,初步研究结果显示支架置入术后治疗在食管癌治疗中相当具有潜力,但也存在不少问题。本文就近年来食管癌患者食管支架置入术后治疗的研究进展进行综述。

Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignancies of the digestive system.Patients with advanced esophageal cancer often have dysphagia due to local obstruction,which leads to poor overall nutritional status of the patients.Various complications frequently occur in the subsequent anti-tumor treatment,leading to the termination of treatment.Esophageal stent implantation can significantly improve the quality of life of middle and advanced esophageal cancer patients with dysphagia.At present,a number of clinical studies on post-stent therapy for esophageal cancer are under way.Preliminary results show that post-stent therapy has considerable potential in the treatment of esophageal cancer,but there are still many problems.This paper reviews the recent progress in the treatment of esophageal cancer patients after stent implantation.
