摘要
新一轮高考制度改革是通过高中阶段育人模式的改革来推动高校育人能力的提升和招生模式的优化。在研究目前高中阶段生涯教育的基础上,分析了当前以升学衔接为导向的生涯教育存在的困境:1)生涯教育脱节更加凸显;2)生涯教育不能成为贯穿学生一生的指导性教育;3)生涯课程无法满足高中生对自我生涯规划的迫切需求。应以改革为契机,优化高中阶段生涯规划教育;从升学衔接的视角,整合高中生涯规划教育需求与困境;基于背景行动理论,研究高中生涯规划教育改革方案;帮助学校更好地开展生涯规划教育。
The new round of college entrance examination system reform is to promote the improvement of colleges’ education ability and admission mode optimization through the reform of high school education mode.Based on the understanding of current career education in senior high school,the paper analyzes the difficulties in the current career education for the transition from high school education to tertiary education: 1) the disconnection of career education is more prominent;2) career education hasn’t been a guiding education throughout students’ lives;3) career courses cannot meet the urgent needs of high school students for their own career planning.So we should take the reform as an opportunity to optimize the career planning education in senior high school;integrate and deal with the needs and difficulties existing in high school career planning education from the perspective of the connection between high school education and tertiary education;study the education reform plan of career planning for senior high school students based on the Contextual Action Theory;and help schools better carry out career planning education.
