摘要 随着金融科技的高速发展,电子交易的不断推广,世界各国都在积极研究法定数字货币的发行问题,中国人民银行在2018年成立法定数字货币专项工作组以应对这一现象。法定数字货币的发行必然引起传统货币理论、法律的重大变革。本文对法定数字货币发行、流通监管问题作出分析,并综合我国现行相关货币立法,对如何处理法定数字货币发行、流通和监管的法律问题提出建议。
