摘要 为了解决现代火炮身管及相关武器中膛线加工排屑不畅的问题,在分析研究负压装置排屑机理的基础上,采用一种新型收缩双曲线射流通道模型,替代传统直射流通道模型。通过理论研究和Fluent流体力学仿真试验优化,当喷射角k=32°、半椭圆短半轴b=0.8 mm时为双曲线收缩型结构射流通道最优,负压区压力最小值比原有负压装置结构降低约42%,切削液流速提高约5%。 In order to solve the problem of poor chip removal in the processing of modern artillery barrels and related weapons,on the basis of analyzing and studying the chip removal mechanism of the negative pressure device.,it used Shrinking hyperbolic jet channel model to replace the traditional direct jet model.It had optimization comparison by theoretical research and Fluent fluid mechanics simulation test,the optimal solution for a shrinking hyperbolic constricted structured jet channel when k=32°and b=0.8 mm.The negative pressure is reduced by approximately 43%compared to the original vacuum device,which the fluid flow rate increased by approximately 5%,and the negative pressure chip removal capability was enhanced.
