摘要
为了保持CLF-1钢材料低活性的特点,提出了利用爆炸焊接制备符合条件的CLF-1焊接接头的设计方案。控制其他参数不变,引入不同爆炸比进行了3次爆炸焊接试验,成功制备了两组CLF-1爆炸焊接接头,对其进行了超声波探伤检测,界面微观形貌分析,剪切强度测试分析和显微硬度分析。结果表明,两组试验的力学性能均满足要求,同时较低的爆炸比焊合率更高,缺陷区域主要分布在复合板的边缘,结合界面波形更小,半岛状融化区域更小。
In order to maintain the low activity of CLF-1 steel material,it was proposed to use explosive welding to fabricate qualified CLF-1 welded joints.Under the controlling other parameters,three explosion welding tests were carried out with different explosion rates,and two sets of CLF-1 explosive welded joints were successfully prepared,and ultrasonic flaw detection,interface micro-morphology analysis,shear strength test analysis and microhardness analysis were carried out.The results showed that the mechanical properties of both sets of tests meet the requirements,while the lower explosion rate one got higher welding rate,and the defect area is mainly distributed at the edge of the composite board,the combined interface waveform is smaller,and the peninsular melting area is smaller.
