转炉连接挡座失效动力学特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用炉液切割模型,通过模拟出钢的过程,计算并比较分析了新、旧、无渣和有渣四种工况下的转炉倾动力矩。在此基础上,基于转炉动力学模型分析了连杆和挡座在有、无间隙的情况下的受力。结果表明止动托架与驱动侧两个挡座的受力随着间隙的增大而增大,且存在偏载现象。通过有限元分析,挡座处存在应力集中,虽未达到材料的屈服极限,但位置和现象与现场失效一致,判定了连接挡座的失效原因。研究结果为后续结构改进和现场维护维护提供理论依据。 By simulating the process of making steel,tilting moments of new,old,converter arecalculated with and without slags by cutting model of furnace fluid.Based on the calculation and dynamics model of converter,the forces of the connecting rods and shields are analyzed.The results indicate that the forces between the stop bracket and shield increase with the increase of clearance.Through the finite element analysis,it is found that there is stress concentration in the shields,which does not reach the yield limit of the material,but its position and phenomenon are consistent with the field failure.Based on the above analysis,the failure reason of the shields is obtained,which provides theory basis for the converter structural improvement and maintenance.
