摘要
从协同机制、自然生态保护地体系、城市生长边界与公众参与等四个方面梳理欧美发达国家空间规划的经验和技术手段的要点,期望可以在完善新时代有中国特色的国土空间开发保护制度,优化国土空间开发保护格局方面提出有效建议。
This paper illustrates the space-planning experiences and technological means in terms of the synergy mechanism,the natural ecological protected area system,the urban growth boundary and public participationemployed by European and American developed countries.It has been expected in this paper to optimize the national spatial development and protection system combined with Chinese characteristics in present new era.In addition,the corresponding suggestions on optimizingthe national spatial development pattern of protection in an effective way are put forward at the same time.
