摘要
房地产开发项目对车位配比要求越来越严格,在满足规划和建筑要求的前提下,地下车库的楼盖体系选型对开发成本的控制起关键作用。文中采用盈建科结构设计软件建模,分析地下车库在不同荷载作用下选用各种楼盖体系,给出不同楼盖体系对建筑功能要求、经济技术指标的影响,确定地下车库楼盖体系的最优选型。
The requirements for the allocation of parking spaces in real estate development projects are becoming more and more strict. Under the premise of meeting the planning and construction requirements, the selection of the floor system of the underground garage plays a key role in the control of development costs. This paper adopts the modeling and analysis by Yingjianke structural design software. The underground garage adopts various floor covering systems under different loads, and gives the influence of different floor covering systems on building functional requirements and economic indicators, and determines the most preferred type of underground garage floor system.
