依法治国背景下高校教师法治意识的角色与培养研究

Research on the Role and Cultivation of University Teachers’ Legal Awareness under the Law-based Governance of the Country

法治意识是一种观念性的法治文化,包括信仰法律、遵守法律、运用法律、维护法律的意识。全面依法治国,需要提高全民法治意识。高校作为人才培养的主阵地,承担着提高全面法治意识的责任。教师的法治意识水平直接影响学生的法治意识水平,进而影响全民法治意识的提高。因此,要强化教师的法治意识,明确新时代党和国家对法治人才培养提出的要求,改革教学方法和课程体系,将依法治国理论融入到学校日常教育教学活动中,贯穿在学科教学内容中,培养学生鲜明的法治意识,塑造他们的法治情怀和法治品格,为法治国家、法治政府、法治社会建设培养具有法治能力的法治人才。

The consciousness of the rule of law is an ideological culture of the rule of law, including the consciousness of believing in law, abiding by law, applying law and maintaining law. To comprehensively run the country according to law, it is necessary for all the people to raise the awareness of the rule of law. As the main position of talent cultivation, colleges and universities bear the responsibility of raising the awareness of the overall rule of law. The level of legal consciousness of teachers directly affects the level of legal awareness of students, which in turn affects the improvement of the whole nation’s legal consciousness. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teachers’ awareness of rule of law, study the requirements set by the Communist Party of China for the cultivation of talents to advance rule of law in the new era, reform the teaching methods and curriculum system, and integrate the theory of comprehensively advancing the law-based governance of the country into the daily education and teaching activities, planting into the subject teaching, which aim at cultivating students’ distinctive awareness of the rule of law, shaping their feelings and the character of the rule of law, and training students with ability of the rule of law for the country being constructed under the rule of law, law-based government, law-abiding society.
