On the Flexible Learning System of Higher Vocational Education in the Information Age

当今许多发达国家高等教育改革的一个主题是推行弹性学习制度。弹性学习制度有利于践行以生为本理念,提升人才培养质量,促进高职教育改革发展。探讨高职教育弹性学习制度内涵,对高职教育弹性学习制度实施进行SWOT分析,构建了高职教育弹性学习制度模型、指标体系及应用层次,对提升高职人才培养质量具有重要意义。

A theme of higher education reform in many developed countries today is the implementation of flexible learning systems. The flexible learning system is conducive to practicing the student-oriented concept, improving the quality of personnel training, and promoting the reform and development of higher vocational education. This paper discusses the connotation of flexible learning system in higher vocational education by carring out SWOT analysis on its implementation, and constructing its model, index system and application level in higher vocational education.
