摘要
针对大型复杂铸件毛坯加工前验收现有钳工划线方法操作难度大、耗时费力、效率低等难题,提出了一种关节臂式三维测量新型便捷的测量方法。首先从最终产品数模中提取待测物体数模坐标系,选取基准点坐标,建立工件坐标系,然后利用关节臂对铸件实物表面进行轨迹测量实施,最终按测量需要,进行数据处理,将扫描的铸件实物三维形貌与最终产品数模对比,可直观得出各铸造面铸造余量及分配情况。通过航天产品遥感器相机典型零件可见三镜支撑架和桁架的测量,对比了与钳工划线方法的差异,解决了传统划线方法无法克服的技术难题和难点。经实物验证表明,该方法对空间复杂铸件,可实现快速、准确的加工前验收,能够提高铸件产品验收质量和效率。
