知识网络中心势越高，越有产品创新能力吗？——基于商业集团成员企业间知识网络的研究

Can the Centralization of Intra-Group Knowledge Network Improve Group’s Capability in Product Innovation?——Based on Knowledge Network Among Business Group Members

基于整体网结构模型探索了商业集团成员企业间知识网络中心势与集团产品创新能力的关系。研究发现,成员企业间的市场知识网络中心势提高会对集团产品创新能力产生不利影响,产业多元化对上述关系具有正向调节作用,即对于多元化程度越高的商业集团而言,市场知识网络中心势对产品创新能力的不利影响会越明显。成员企业间的技术知识网络中心势与集团产品创新能力的关系呈倒U形,且产业多元化对上述关系有显著的负向调节作用,即对于多元化程度越低的商业集团而言,成员间技术知识网络中心势对集团产品创新能力的倒U形影响关系越明显。研究表明,只有成员间技术知识网络中心势适度的商业集团才会有较为理想的产品创新力,多元化程度低的商业集团更是如此。

Based on the whole network structure model,it explored the relationship between the centralization in whole knowledge network formed by business group members and the capability of product innovation.The findings are as follows.There’s a negative impact of the centralization of intra-group whole market knowledge network on group’s capability in product innovation(CPI).Diversification plays a positive moderating role in the relationship,which means the higher the level of diversification,the stronger the negative impact of centralization of market knowledge network on group’s CPI.However,there’s an inverted U shape relationship between the centralization of intra-group whole technology knowledge network and group’s CPI.And diversification negatively moderates the relationship.That is to say,the inverted U shape of relationship between intra-group whole technology knowledge network and group’s CPI is more significant when the level of diversification is low.Only those business groups with the moderate level of intra-group whole technology knowledge network have the better group’s CPI,especially for the low diversification business groups.
