Preschool Teachers’ Assessment Competences and Its Development Paths

摘要 幼儿教师的评价素养是在促进幼儿学习和成长过程中获得提升的,与应试型评价模式有本质区别。从“对学习的评价”到“促进学习的评价”的范式转换,要求幼儿教师重点发展以观察技术为基础的评价信息收集能力、以领域内容知识和儿童学习特点为基础的评价信息分析能力、以领域教学知识为基础的评价信息运用能力,并通过评价知识与技能学习、专业研修与实践反思、合作研讨与自主发展等路径,逐渐丰富和提升教学与评价融为一体的教学评价素养。 The preschool teachers assessment competences grow up in the process of promoting children s learning and development,essentially other than test-based assessment mode.From the paradigm shift of“assessment of learning”to“assessment for learning”,new requirements are placed on preschool teachers assessment competences,specifically on assessment information collection ability based on observation technique,assessment information analysis ability based on professional qualities,and assessment information application ability based on pedagogical content knowledge.It requires the learning of relevant knowledge and skills in the teacher education stage,the professional training and reflection in practice,the construction of the teachers learning community and teachers active development,which could gradually enrich and enhance preschool teachers in their assessment competences of integrated teaching and assessing.
