摘要
幼儿师范院校集师范教育、高等职业教育与幼儿教育特色于一体,致力于学前教育专科人才的培养。贵州幼儿师范院校在迎接转型升格的同时,也面临着"赶"与"转"的双重压力与理念滞后、自生能力羸弱、领军人才匮乏、高端优质资源配置短缺等诸多问题。升格后的幼儿师范院校要短期内实现跨越式发展,需要审视并把握职教发展新趋势,在立足区域教育发展基础上统筹学校战略规划,坚持质量驱动内涵式发展、依靠特色赢得主动的方针,顺应院校转型要求,用新思维、新手段、新作为破解发展困境,实现转型跃迁。
Preschool normal education combines the characteristics of normal education,higher vocational education and early childhood education,which devoted to the training of preschool education specialists.Guizhou’s new preschool normal universities are facing many problems,such as the double pressure and concept lag of"catching up"and"turning around",weak self-generating ability,lack of leading talents,and shortage of high-end and high-quality resources.In order to realize the leap-forward development in a short period of time,new preschool normal universities need to grasp the new trend of vocational education development,make overall plans for the school strategy on the basis of regional education development,adhere to the principle of quality-driven development and characteristics to win the initiative,comply with the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading,and crack it with new thinking,new means and new actions.The internal development predicament of the new kindergarten teachers colleges and universities can break through the strategic transformation.
