摘要
研究了3-羟基丁酸与3-羟基戊酸(PHBV)与明胶共混膜的结晶形貌与结晶动力学,结果表明,在熔体结晶时,PHBV形成环带球晶,随着明胶质量分数的增加环带结构模糊,结晶速率在90℃达到最大值,明胶阻碍了PHBV结晶。结晶动力学结果表明,PHBV/明胶共混膜等温结晶时为异相成核,明胶起到了成核作用,结晶过程可以用Avrami方程描述。
Crystallization morphology and kinetics of PHBV and gelatin blends are studied in this paper. It is found that ring-banded spherulitesare formed during the melting crystallization of PHBV blends and the structure of the spherulites becomes fuzzy with the increasing content of gelatin. The growth rate of the spherulites reaches the maximum at 90℃. Gelatin hinders the crystallization of PHBV. Crystallization kinetic behavior of PHBV/gelatin blend film is hetergeneous nucleation during isothermal crystallization, the crystallization process can be described by Avrami equation, in which gelatin play the role of nucleation.
