十九大报告英译本中现在完成时对意识形态建构的影响

Construction of Ideology by Tense in English Version of Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

基于韩礼德的功能语法理论及王力对汉语时态的分类,以现在完成时为例,通过数据统计,对十九大报告中英两版的时态进行了对比研究,探究政论文中时态与意识形态的关系。研究表明:在翻译过程中,时态与意识形态关系紧密,意识形态影响时态选择,而对时态的选择同样可以有效服务于译文意识形态的构建。

Based on Halliday’s Functional Grammar Theory and Wang Li’s classification of Chinese tense, the Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinais compared with its English translation by data collection in the study to clarify the relationship between tense and ideology in political articles, focusing on the different employments of present perfect tense. It is found that there does exist an interplay between tense and ideology, the latter influencing the choice of the former, while the choice of the former helping translators to build up the construction of ideology in translation.
