自媒体时代大学生手机依赖现状调查及其对策

Investigation and Countermeasures of College Students’ Mobile Phone Dependence in the Age of We-Media

通过对宁波某高校930名各专业各年级的大学生使用手机情况调查,采用自编的大学生手机依赖量表,调查学生手机使用和依赖的现状,共分为沉溺性、突显性、戒断性三个维度。结果显示:大学生手机依赖总体呈正态分布,男生和女生在沉溺性、戒断性、突显性及总分上均有显著差异,女生的手机依赖水平要显著高于男生,且性别与手机依赖存在一定的正相关性。基于该现状分析提出相应对策。

By investigating the use of mobile phones among 930 college students of different majors and grades in Ningbo, the present situation of mobile phone use and dependence among college students is investigated with the self-designed scale of mobile phone dependence, which is divided into three dimensionindulgence, prominence and abstinence. The results show that the overall distribution of college students’ mobile phone dependence is normal. There are significant differences in addiction, withdrawal, salience and total scores between boys and girls. The level of female students’ mobile phone dependence is significantly higher than that of male students, and there is a positive correlation between gender and mobile phone dependence. Based on this, the present situation is analyzed and relevant countermeasures are proposed.
