摘要
基于ABAQUS有限元通用软件对单管塔脚法兰板与基础顶面的螺栓连接进行了数值分析。连接分别采用法兰板与基础顶面无混凝土垫层和有混凝土垫层两种方式。塔身钢材采用理想弹塑性本构、螺栓采用线性强化模型本构和混凝土垫层采用塑性损伤本构。以实际工程沛县某基站45 m金轮景观塔为例,分析法兰盘与桩基顶面接触面中和轴的位置变化,并与规范计算方法进行比较。相比于规范规定,模拟得到的中性轴位置离圆心更近。
Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the bolt connection between the foot flange plate of the steel pole and the top of the foundation is numerically analyzed.The connections include two ways:the flange plate and the foundation top without concrete cushion and with concrete cushion.The tower steel adopts elastic-plastic model,bolt adopts linear strengthening model and concrete adopts plastic damage model.Taking the 45 m landscape tower in Peixian’s station as an example,the position change of the neutral axis of the connection plane is analyzed and compared with the standard calculation method.Compared with the regulations,the simulated neutral axis is closer to the center of the circle.
