通过整理收集古籍资料,对泸州古城的迁徙过程进行梳理,从军事安全以及人居环境共同构成的城市安全角度,从防洪、防御等方面对泸州古城三座城址的营造评估进而研究城市安全的影响要素,总结探索泸州古城的选址问题。
