摘要
以某高校餐厨垃圾为研究对象,在一定条件下厌氧培养后取消化液进行稀释,配制特定的厌氧培养基,采用亨盖特(Hungate)厌氧滚管技术进行分离培养,得到一种厌氧菌,经革兰氏染色及显微镜观察确定为革兰氏阳性菌。
Food waste from a university was taken as the research object,after anaerobic culture under certain conditions,the chemical solution was removed for dilution,a specific anaerobic medium was prepared.Using athe Hungate anaerobic tube rolling technology for separation and culture,a kind of anaerobic bacteria was obtained,which was determined as gram-positive bacteria by gram staining and microscope observation.
