A Research on the Reform of Social Insurance Experiment Teaching Based on the Cultivation of Innovation Ability

社会保险实验作为劳动与社会保障专业的必修课程,是开发学生创新能力的重要平台。目前,社会保险实验课程存在实验学时不足、实验模式单调、课程考核方式单一、实验教材指导性不足等问题。应建设开放式实验教学平台,增加实验学时;科学设置实验模块和内容;优化课程成绩评定方法;编写规范化的社会保险实验教材,提高课程教学效果。

As a compulsory course of labor and social security major, social insurance experiment course is an important platform to develop students’ innovation ability. Currently, there are some problems in social insurance experiment course, such as lack of experimental hours, monotonous experimental mode, single evaluation method, and insufficient guidance of experimental teaching materials. Therefore, it is necessary to build an open experimental teaching platform, increase the experimental hours, set up experimental modules and contents scientifically, optimize the evaluation methods of curriculum performance, and compile standardized social insurance experiment materials to improve the teaching effect.
